Booking flight tickets at the last minute has always been very expensive. However, passengers will be relieved to hear Air India’s new move.
The airline has announced that last-minute discounts, of up to 40%, will be available on tickets booked less than three hours from departure. This move will be welcomed by passengers- especially those who need to book last minute tickets for emergency purposes. Travelers can also take advantage of this and book last-minute vacations at low prices.
Air India has come up with this low-price discount offer, owing to the shutting down of Jet Airways as well as the grounding of Boeing 737 Max aircraft which has resulted in a reduced supply of aircrafts and subsequently, high air-fares.
Passengers can book these discounted tickets via the Air India website, the Air India mobile app or via the Air India ticketing counters.
